Family e-cookbook.com was born in 2008, but our roots go back a few years.

Our background in graphic design began in 2000. In 2005, a client spoke of a cookbook that she wished to create for her bed and breakfast business. We offered to design and edit her book. Upon completion, we began the process for a cookbook for our own family.

Around the time that our family cookbook was being indexed, we had an idea. Our mother was already speaking of recipes that she wished to include in volume two before volume one had even hit the printing press. We thought that an e-cookbook would be a dynamic and interactive alternative to the traditional printed cookbook. Trust us, it is easier (and less expensive) to add a recipe to a family e-cookbook than it is to have an entire family cookbook reprinted.
